Your listing photos, in motion.

These terms are between Listed in Motion LLC ("Listed in Motion," "we") and the client submitting this form ("you").

1. What we do. We turn your existing listing photos into short walkthrough videos using AI video tools and our own editing. We do not visit the property or take new photos or footage. Videos show camera movement through still images, so they are an interpretation of the space, not a recording of it.

2. Your photos and your rights. You confirm that you own the photos you send us, or have written permission from the photographer or copyright owner to have them turned into video. Most listing photographers keep the copyright and license photos for limited uses, so check your agreement. You agree to cover any claims, costs or damages that come from photos you did not have the right to use. We may ask for proof of permission and may decline any project.

3. AI disclosure. Every video includes the label "Video created from listing photos using AI" (or similar). Do not remove, crop or hide this label. You are responsible for any other disclosure your MLS, brokerage, state or local law requires.

4. MLS and advertising compliance. MLS rules on AI-generated media vary and change. Each package includes an unbranded version for MLS use. You are responsible for checking your MLS's current rules before posting, and for making sure your marketing is accurate. AI tools can sometimes add, distort or misplace details. Review every video before using it and tell us about anything that misrepresents the property.

5. Packages and turnaround. Your package and price are listed on this form. Standard turnaround is 48 to 72 hours from when we receive your photos, this signed form and payment. 24-hour rush delivery is available for an added $100. Turnaround depends on receiving usable photos.

6. Revisions. Each package includes one round of revisions, submitted within 7 days of delivery. Revisions cover edits like order of rooms, music, text, timing, or regenerating a clip that looks wrong. Extra rounds are $25 each. Changes to the photos themselves or a different package are a new project.

7. Payment. Payment in full is due before work begins. We send invoices through QuickBooks, payable online by credit card, debit card or bank transfer (ACH). Cash is also accepted, with a numbered receipt. Prices do not include sales tax, which will be added where required by law. Final files are released once payment is received. Payments are non-refundable once production starts, except as we decide in good faith.

7a. Agent retainer. The retainer is billed monthly in advance by recurring QuickBooks invoice and covers 4 Listing Walkthroughs per calendar month. Unused videos do not roll over to the next month and are not refunded. Either party may cancel with 30 days' written notice; the current paid month is still delivered. Rush delivery and extra revision rounds are billed separately at standard rates.

8. Using your video. Once paid, you may use the video to market the listed property on the MLS, social media, your website, and other advertising, for as long as you like. You may not resell it or use it to market a different property. We may use the video and the property photos in our portfolio and marketing unless you opt out on this form.

9. Limits of liability. We provide videos "as is" for marketing. We are not responsible for MLS penalties, lost sales, or claims tied to how you use the video or the photos you provide. Our total liability for any project is limited to what you paid for that project.

10. General. Pennsylvania law governs these terms. If any part is found unenforceable, the rest still applies. These terms and your submitted order form are the full agreement for your project.
